● TDZ 贮存液配制（Carl et al. 1993）:

注：尽管TDZ易溶于DMSO或DMF中，然而，用以下方法配制母液使用起来更加方便。

1mM TDZ（0.22 mg/ml） 100ml配制方法：

取22mg TDZ粉末，彻底溶于1ml 1N KOH中，缓慢补加99ml 灭菌水，边搅拌边混匀。配制好的溶液呈淡黄或亮黄色溶液，0.22μm 水系滤膜抽滤除菌，分装后-20℃贮存。
